This video features a tutorial to the free indicator that is very similar to the standard Bollinger Bands MetaTrader indicator, but it not only considers standard deviation but also the market volatility, in order to define the dynamic support and resistance levels.

It’s available for free at http://forexbrace.com/ but I guess you’ll have to register there to download it.
